  • Money People Deal: Chapter 5

    02/03/2020 Duración: 08min

Chapter five of the Money People Deal starts with a definition everybody should have as their mantra: risk. All of the definitions involve some form of loss or suffering, but they all have an element of variability, probability, or chance. After that, Aarnio shares his own definition of risk, as an inventory of elements that are under your control compared with an inventory of elements that are out of your control.  Stefan’s “risk” definition has two primary distinctions that the average definition does not:  It assesses your degree of control in a situation, and assesses your emotions and how you feel about your level of control, eliminating the words “probability” and “chance” from his definition.  “In my world, actions and options are more important than probability. No matter how bad a scenario gets, there are always actions to be performed and options that can be explored. Probability and chance come from past data, and may or may not apply to the present or the future.”  Learn what’s the easiest way to

  • Hard Times Create Strong Men: Chapter 8

    26/02/2020 Duración: 11min

What does it mean to be a man? Specifically, to turn from a boy who lives with his mother, in the world of women, the world of the feminine of fun, of games, of play, and then transition into the masculine world with the men, responsibility, and work? The Spartans were some of the strongest, most revered warriors of all time. Popularized in movies like 300, the men of Sparta never surrendered and they were hard and rigid, but it was this same rigidity that prevented them from growing into an empire like the Romans. Eventually, the Spartans’ rigidity led them into their demise. “It is not the strongest of the species that survives, nor the most intelligent; it is the one most adaptable to change.” Charles Darwin’s On the Origin of Species In this chapter of Hard Times Create Strong Men, Stefan analyses the fighting mentality of armies like the Spartans of Ancient Greece and the Germans in WWII, who eventually lost due to their inability to bend instead of breaking. In battle and in life, it’s much better to be

We met secretly to feel like we belonged to something special, perhaps an elite club, but in truth, we met secretly to connect with like-minded individuals and avoid the ridicule of our friends and families.” By putting in action the wealth principle of “giving” instead of “taking”, Aarnio decided to push his theory to the limit and force himself to act in the opposite direction of his poverty mind. • Hard Times Create Strong Men: Chapter 7

    27/01/2020 Duración: 21min

Men are wired to solve problems To men, they are a hammer, and every problem is a nail that must be whacked down. Women just want to talk about the nail and how they feel about it; men want to whack the nail. We don’t feel the need to constantly express our emotions or gossip with our fellow mates, we can watch a game of football or fix up a classic car in the garage without uttering a single word. Video games do not serve a man’s purpose, and in that way, they are unmanly. In this chapter of Hard Times Create Strong Men, Stefan opens up on his vast experience as a gamer and the huge toll it can take on your life. The fact is that gaming can is extremely addictive and detrimental thanks to its reward mechanisms and the very time-consuming nature of it. Inside any good structure, there are extremely limited possibilities, and without a doubt, inside a bad structure, there are too many possibilities. Usually, the salesperson must be a natural or excellent negotiator to close with no structure at all.  As we know from part 1 of this book, there is power in every word we say. Once you become a salesperson, you’ll never settle to a regular vocabulary. Aarnio will give you empowering words to incorporate into your language, appear more certain, and powerful while handling any prospect.  Polish and shape perfectly your consciousness, communication skills and do tone training to become a tre

    13/01/2020 Duración: 18min

Making a million dollars of ambition a reality takes guts, determination, an exercised risk threshold, and a Self-Made spirit. • Money People Deal: Chapter 3

    06/01/2020 Duración: 08min

Let’s be honest, sometimes we get confused by words and we believe they mean the same thing. Well, guess what? This chapter gives us all the answers we have been looking for when it comes to thinking that cash and credit are the same, or that money and wealth are the same.  The biggest distinction between wealth and money lies in the units of measurement. Wealth is measured in time, and money is measured in dollars. With easy to understand examples, Stefan shows us that living paycheck to paycheck (doesn’t matter how much the paycheck is), does not imply you are going to be wealthy for the rest of your life. But if you owned a large real estate portfolio instead, that can provide you more passive income than you need to live. Can you survive forever without working again living off your paycheck? Wealth is measured in time; money is measured in dollars.  Learn what’s the easiest way to play the deal game in four steps, how to find investors, and why does “the money” love money people deal.
