Those who lead with love, lead others to follow our example. It’s important to galvanize our commitment to self-care right now. We need to stand in the connection of inclusivity. We need to include the “them” so that “they” become a part of “us.”

I've shared many times this favorite quote from Rumi. Rumi said, "Out beyond right doing and wrongdoing there is a field. I'll meet you there." Well I believe I finally found that field - in the form of an off-leash dog park. Let me explain.

I am not here to change other people's minds. I am here to change hearts. We convince others through our presence, through our example. In order to us to survive ourselves, we need vision and purpose. We have work to do. Let's go all in.
