The big news to come out of the meeting is MLB offering to lower the Luxury Tax as well as raise the penalties, for exceeding the limits. MLB also offered to implement a Salary Floor, or minimum a team needs to spend on its roster. This is a robin hood style suggestion of taking from the rich to give to the poor. This is not going to go over well with the MLBPA. Kevin then discusses the latest news and notes happening around the league this week. Kevin then gives his Farm System Rankings following the 2021 Draft.
