Little do they know Julian brought his lawyer as well, Chris's infamous Uncle Jeff (Steve Schifini). What unfolds is a thrilling and, at times, disgusting courtroom drama people will be talking about for years to come. On Step by Step, Cody's friend who is an old man tries to commit suicide. Plus, the Creed song "Who's Got My Back" is about that episode and we definitely didn't accidentally pick the song not realizing we had just done it two episodes ago.

Though Chris insists he has never met Kayla, only a paternity test can truly solve this dispute. On Step by Step, Frank & Carol find out they are having a baby (aka Brendan replacement) and have mixed emotions. Scott Stapp also had mixed emotions when he wrote the Creed song "Are You Ready?" about this very same episode.
