Although there are categories of graces, yet the Spirit is the same; there are categories of service, but the Lord is the same; if there are different types of efficacy, yet God is the same, who makes all effective, in all. 1 Cor 12:4-6

And the spirit of God will settle upon him; a spirit of wisdom and know-how, a spirit of insight and power, a spirit of knowledge and the awesomeness of serving God. And the spirit of God’s awe will fill him; he will not judge on opinion, nor will he rebuke according to hearsay. - Isaiah 11:2-3
