In our previous episode we talked about Conviction as a method to overcome fear. In this episode we will talk about Task Relevant Cues. This concept will help you in the midst of doing work when doubt will try to nag at you. We initially  learned about TRCs from Daniel Burnett, a former ranger on his youtube site Train Like a Ranger. It was such a great episode that we really wanted to explore the idea in depth.
