I have had many people respond to last weeks video about "where are the leaders" or the lack of leadership right now. Here's the answer: Look in the mirror. Own your leadership. You are the One you've been waiting for. Live awake.

It is time to take action and be the demonstration of faith. This is one of the most important aspects of your spiritual journey on earth. Be confident in your presence and your actions. We need you.

Take a few moments to stop, breathe, and look in the mirror with soft eyes. let go of any self-judgment. Embrace self-acceptance. Find yourself; soften and accept.

This year I launched the Human gRace Project with the Denver Channel. I am incredibly honored to serve as a messenger of love, inclusivity, vulnerability and compassion. Many of us don't know what to do right now. Begin with being open to allowing more love to flow in you and as you.

Become a clear channel of possibility. Revolutionize from within. Before you go out into the world, galvanize your neurocardio cells and be an agent for healing.

How do we be in the world but not of it? Drop the ego. Get out of the way. Be with one another until we learn to love one another.

According to Tchiki Davis, “Savoring just means that we attempt to fully feel, enjoy, and extend our positive experiences. Savoring is a great way to develop a long-lasting stream of positive thoughts and emotions, because positive events cannot always be relied on to make you happier.”

Stand for something greater than is happening at t his moment. Stand for something about marginalization, hate. Stand with conviction. Live inside out. Don't be afraid to outshine the darkness.

Hope goes beyond belief systems. We are at a choice point of common humanity. Leadership has nothing to do with a title. Be the leaders. Honor justice. Embody integrity. Stand in your truth. We become better together.

Today I am standing for hope; working from the inside-out. Today's message is all about the power of gratitude and the science behind it. Gratitude crushes toxicity. It decreases stress and increases positive gene expression and trust.

I was recently asked the perfect question: "James, why the treehouse?" For me this is the place where I can stop the world and connect to my Divine, true nature. This is all about developing your church of possibility and carrying that within yourself.

Take responsibility for your life. Keep track of where you put your time and energy. Where do you put your gifts? Create the channel to allow your gifts to flow. Connect with your genius.

Are you living up to what makes you come alive? What do you want to change? It's time to fully examine your excuses. Emancipate yourself from your own self-oppression. Love so loud the world can't take its eyes off of you.

Let me grow every day in every way so that I can create a life that I love. Allow this to be your mantra. Meditate on it. Be intentional about it.

Altruism is all about doing good without expecting anything in return. It's about light and love. And when we practice altruism, we don't just lower our own stress and inflammation and increase happiness - we do the same for those around us.

These are the lessons I learned from Yeshi Dhondan. This is how we build exquisite energy, increase our vitality and extend our lives. HIIT training, getting rid of the sugar in your diet, and being mindful are all parts of the equation.

The most important way to be right now is to be a beneficial presence in the world and with those that you love. Shed the ego. Soften your edges. The lesson of needing not to win - in your relationships, on social media begins with going for the love versus going for the win.
