This meditation is a step by step guided imagery meditation to help you release the challenges and difficulties of the previous year (during the New Year and your Birthday).   This meditation was a “streamed” gift from the Divine Ones; using my voice as an instrument they will guide you to do what is necessary surrender the past while aligning with the empowering energy of your own soul to create a year filled with purpose.  (*Please Note:  This meditation can be used for your birthday as well...
