Robert DeLong is a one man electronic-pop super band. He is an impassioned and multi-talented performer with a strong conviction and a solid grasp on the issues facing the world today and how to navigate your way through that and still have a good time. We sat down to talk about adult simplicity, having a transcendent de-conversion, the life philosophy of silliness and seriousness and why we make music.

Chris Cester is a songwriter and drummer in the Australian grammy award winning band Jet. Since Jet left the music scene he has been based in LA writing and producing with various artists and also founded a new band called Mystic Knights Of Amnesia ( a name Noel Gallagher came up with for him in a text ). We discussed the break-up and reformation of Jet, that rock n roll lifestyle, having ‘the song’ and plenty more.

Cleopold is the musical vision and stage moniker of Australian born singer and songwriter Geordie Hewitt. He released his debut EP ‘Altitude & Oxygen’ to much critical success and has been touring around the world in support of it, opening up for Chet Faker, Flight Facilities and Jamie Lidell, all of whom are personal fans. We caught up in Melbourne to talk about the genesis of Cleopold and where the project is heading.

Dave Catching is a co-founder of the infamous Rancho De La Luna recording studio in Joshua Tree California. He also plays guitar in Eagles Of Death Metal and has been a key player in the American desert rock scene that has been inspiring bands for 20 years now. Dan Nigro is an LA based songwriter and producer who has worked with A-Trak, Ariel Rechtshaid, Sky Ferreira, Kylie Minogue, JR JR and Billy Idol just to name a few. He was also the lead singer in the pop-rock band As Tall As Lions who released 3 albums in the 00's. We discussed the transition from touring musician to becoming a homebound songwriter/producer, the 'Blurred Lines' lawsuit and much more.

Chris Taylor is the bass player in Grizzly Bear but he moonlights as the bands producer and is also a multi-instrumentalist. He has produced albums for Twin Shadow, Jamie Lidell, Dirty Projectors, his own project CANT and plenty more. He has also published a cook-book titled 'Twenty Dinners', what a guy!! We discussed music, hobbies, being a workaholic and a place called Brooklyn, also known as 'Little Berlin'..

Michael Shuman has been the bass player in Queens Of The Stone Age for the last 10 years. He is a co-writer on the most recent album '...Like Clockwork' and also has another band called Mini Mansions who have released two albums. The Most recent Mini Mansions record has guest vocals from both Alex Turner and Brian Wilson and is a bloody great listen! Hear us talk music and life and a bunch of other stuff.
