Housing inventory levels continue to drop. In fact, in February, they were back down to 970,000. That's not a lot of housing available for a country with 330 million people. And, as interest rates drop, the number of people who can afford to buy a home increases by the millions.  What does this mean? I take it to mean that we are experiencing a lull in home purchasing.
