Today’s real estate market is worlds different than it was ten or so years ago. Back then, it was easy to find great deals on homes you could fix-and-flip or buy-and-hold as rental property. Now, home buyers and investors are competing for a record-low inventory. That’s pushing homebuyers and investors toward the new construction market.
