Not much new in the land of the Seattle Sounders, but there are plenty of things to discuss in the footy world. Women's World Cup, Nations League (or League of Nations)(or Nations of Leagues) and Major League Soccer returns to league play in mere moments. And Eventually is here to barely discuss any of it. You're welcome.

Seattle Sounders vs. DC United (week 15 2014) Way to go USA, all making it out of the "Group of Death!" And yes, I do believe there should be ample, "Suck it, Trebek" to the rest of the world. A game in the nation's capital takes a backseat to several rants by the Pow Wow crew; Hope Solo and scheduling take center stage this show. Troy's sincerest apologies.

  What would a team look like if it was convinced it was going to win the game before the opening whistle? And then how would that team behave when it scored a goal? AND could a team sabotage itself so badly in the second half by playing lazily that it threw two points out the window? The Pow Wow knows the answers to all these questions and more.

  What a glorious win against the Timbers! We'll follow that up by playing another team halfway across the US before taking on the Timbers again. Stupid f'n scheduler for Major League Soccer. After slacking last week without a show, the Eventually has made it back to the Den of Inequity to discuss oh so many trivialities including welcoming our fourth listener, debating the color of St. Louis' jersey, rationally discussing questions from listener and finding the sanest way to casually leave any talk of Fantasy out of the podcast. All this and a cherry on top.
