We discuss heavily his recent GQ.com story that caught heat on the web discussing his divorce and drug addiction all wrapped up and under the umbrella of the “group chat.” Selfies, checks, fits, Black Panther,  lots of questions from our listeners involving healthy, fitness, food, and clothing, all no brainer subjects for CB. Tom is a very smart man who deserves an equal convo counterpart and you’ll be able to tell quickly I am not that person!

Tall Tales is back! This week a one on one pod with Jason and Newman Wolf. He’s a musician who put a record last year and also does stand up. He’s a strange man who likes complaining, recently dislocated his toe, and has Fibromyalgia. We discuss how hard life is, a fun funeral story, and stories about coming up as a stand up comedian.

A bittersweet episode of Tall Tales today as it’s Nikki’s final episode! She’s still a dear friend and family member, and will always be. Lucky for you, Chris Black happened to be in town and was nice enough to come along and see her off, it only seemed fitting! Tall Tales itself will still be happening, and we love and will all miss Nikki very much!

This week our friends Mike Benner and Lauren Knight join us for a game they’ve invented called “Dipe or Swipe” basically a “classic or trash” with a hint of would you rather. Donick Cary is a comedy man who’s done a zillion amazing things, like working his way to head writer of the Letterman Show by 25, producing and writing and winning Emmy’s for shows like The Simpsons, Silicon Valley, Parks & Rec, etc. He’s from Nantucket and spent his whole life going up on a tiny sometimes racist island so thats interesting, he now lives in LA, has a cool family and throws the annual Rock N Roll Carnival, a music festival he throws in his actual backyard that raises money for music programs all over the world for less fortunate kids, what a guy!
