This week we catch up with new coach of the women's team at McKendree University Shawn Bibee. Bibee talks about taking over the program and how he is getting acclimated in his new role. We hear about how he coaches men vs women and how he works with well Assistant Coach Breanna Clemmer. We end our time discussing the goals for the program and what it means for the team to be part of the Storm Family.

This week we catch up with the newest PBA Champion, A.J. Johnson. Johnson talks about his big win overseas and his biggest takeaways from the win. A.J. also has some advice for college bowlers who may be stuck in a rut and what the 31 year old Johnson would tell the younger A.J. We end talking about the PBA League and what you can expect when you tune into watch the stars of the tour.

This week while in Reno I catch up USBC Gold Certified Coach Ron Hatfield to discuss a variety of topics. We begin with some tips on how bowlers should prepare for the Open Championships and tournaments in general. We also discuss his thoughts on dropping down in weight when it comes to equipment and what expectations bowlers should have when taking a lesson. Hatfield also shares a few memories from his time coaching in Ukraine and what he believes makes Jason Belmonte the bowler he is today.

This week we catch up with Dylan Byars who bowled at Savannah College of Art and Design. Byars talks about his time bowling at SCAD and what led to him picking that school. We talk about how his time bowling in college has prepared him for life after graduation and why going out on the PBA Tour was never a goal of his.

This week we catch up with former McKendree University standout Hope Gramly. Gramly talks about ending her college bowling career on a high note and what winning in Vegas meant to her and the team. We chat about her time bowling on the PWBA Tour this year and her mindset bowling the Queens. Gramly also talks about what she believes college athletes need to remember when entering the transfer portal.

This week we catch up with former Midland University star Perry Crowell. Crowell shares why moving from the Pacific Northwest was for college was a big deal for him. Crowell also shares what advice he would tell a younger version of him. We chat about Perry's USBC OC and what went right for him and his partner in doubles.

This week I catch up Mike Shady to discuss the USBC Open Championships taking place in Reno. This week we catch up again with former Fresno State standout PJ Haggerty to discuss his time bowling in college and his trip to the USBC OC. Haggerty discusses his team's mindset heading the team event and how his team attacked the lanes. We discuss the doubles and singles event as well with Haggerty along with how he is able to balance his bowling with life.

I have a chance to catch up with Verity Crawley and Daria Pajak at the Phoenix Raceway where they compete in the Go Bowling PBA NASCAR Invitational. The ladies talk about how they are preparing for the PWBA Tour and their impressions of the 2023 season. We also talk about the advice they have for novice bowlers and what in the Storm/Roto Grip/900 Global lineup that they both recommend. 

This week I catch up with PBA stars Kyle Troup & Jesper Svensson. We discuss their involvement in a joint effort between the PBA, Nascar and Go Bowling to raise awareness for the sport. They both discuss their start to the PBA Tour and the seasons' that EJ Tackett and Anthony Simonsen are having and how they become tour roommates and friends. We also talk about wagering on the PBA and why Kyle is 100% onboard with it.

This week I catch up with the new owners of H5G Brands, Stephen and Cassie Hoehnen. We discuss their their ties to bowling and vision for the company. Stephen shares his thoughts on house patterns and what he lays down at his centers, we also discuss a great new promotion that H5G is running if you plan on heading to the Open Championship in Reno.
