    2017 was a year to never forget. I feel like many people are saying this about it, but truth in told it was a wild ride. 2017 featured me graduating college, getting a big boy job, pain and suffering, and self-discovery, all the while reaching new goals with my I passion for health and fitness. Through the series of difficulties that I pushed through, I learned many lessons and had unforgettable experiences. This being the last blog post of 2017, I wanted to highlight six of the biggest lessons 2017 taught me, and how they have prepared me for the upcoming New Year. - 2017 introduced me to a whole new life, yet was just the warmup.
