ഇന്ന് ഏറെ വേദനിപ്പിക്കുന്ന വാര്‍ത്തയുമായാണ് ദിവസം തുടങ്ങിയത്.... 2012 മുതല്‍ FB വഴി പരിചയമുള്ള സുനില്‍ തിരൂര്‍ നമ്മളെയും എഴുതാറുള്ള ആ മനോഹരമായ വരികളെയും വിട്ട് പോയെന്ന്....  എത്രയോ കാലം സുനിലിന്റെ ആ കുഞ്ഞു വരികളായിരുന്നു എന്നും വായിക്കാന്‍ വേണ്ടി കാത്തിരിക്കാറ്.... വരികളില്‍ കൂടിയുള്ള പരിചയമാണെന്ന് വേണമെങ്കില്‍ പറയാം... മുന്‍പ് ഒരു റേഡിയോ പ്രൊഗ്രാം നടത്തിയപ്പോള്‍ സുനിലിന്റെ കവിതകള്‍ വായിച്ചിരുന്നു... ഒരിക്കല്‍ podcast ചെയ്തിരുന്നു എന്നും തോന്നുന്നു... 2019ല്‍ ഒരിക്കല്‍ chat ചെയ്തപ്പോള്‍ നമ്പര്‍ വാങ്ങി... ആദ്യവും അവസാനവുമായി കുറേ നേരം സംസാരിച്ചു.... നേരിട്ട് കാണണം എന്നും സംസാരിച്ചിരിക്കണം എന്നും എനിക്ക് ഏറെ ആഗ്രഹമുണ്ടായിരുന്ന ഒരാളായിരുന്നു.... നടന്നില്ല... ഇനി നടക്കുകയുമില്ല.... എന്താണെന്നറിയില്ല... സുനിലിന്റെ വരികള്‍ സുനിലുമായി എന്നെ വളരെ അടുപ്പിച്ചിരുന്നു... ഇതാ അതില്‍ ചിലത് നിങ്ങളുമായി പങ്ക് വയ്ക്കുന്നു.... എന്റെ തിരക്കില്‍ പെട്ട് വായിക്കാതെ പോയ... ഈയടുത്ത് സുനില്‍ കുറിച്ചിട്ട.. വരികള്‍.... എഴുതാന്‍ പലതും ബാക്കി വച്ച് അങ്ങനെ സുനിലും പോയി... ഏറെ വിഷമമുണ്ട് വരികളിലൂടെയും ആ നീണ്ട ഫോണ്‍ സംഭാഷണത്തിലൂടെയും അറിയാന
