We respond to the breaking news about a big business leaving Omaha, update on power outage/storm debris details, take a quick look at a former Nebraskan picked as Co-President Harris' running mate, and talk with Fab of Milli Vanilli to answer my decades-old burning questions about that controversy.

Many still without power ... more questions about debris collection ... the Middle East is about to explode ... the stock market is imploding ... and, worst of all, it's Monday.  We either laugh or cry; today, we laughed and ate donuts.

We've been so focused on the nationa stuff lately (for good reason), let's not let these local stories fall through the cracks:  Council fights, senate debate snubs, 72nd and Dodge details, etc.

Today's delightful batch reeks of new car smell, Schoolhouse Rocks, a Trumpdate, and whatever it is that Cass County smells like.

As we process the continued impact of VP Harris suddenly being in this new position, the director of the Secret Service (finally) resigns.

Sometimes, you're the last one to know.  How did we get to yesterday's decision, and what happens now?  Plus, while we digest this, we're also watching the House hearing with the director of the Secret Service in the wake of last weekend's attempt on Trump's life.
