    Most people would recognize Taylor Mroski cutting his teeth as a professional in the New Orleans jazz scene, but they might be surprised to hear that he has been secretly honing his songwriting skills for years.   Taylor has been singing and playing guitar in church since his adolescence, but it is only recently that he has taken his own songwriting habit to the public.  He has been writing melodies since he was a child--he fondly remembers making up tunes on the swing set--and as he has gotten older, he has found that his songs resonate with others.  It was in college that he started to notice that his honesty and vulnerability behind the guitar were connecting with friends and family, and only recently that he has attempted to share his story with a larger audience.  His new album, Righteous Man, deals with familiar struggles--self-deception, guilt, pride, and more--but also offers hope in the midst of these burdens.  For Taylor Mroski, music is the union of community and creation, a chance to take his list
