The podcast is back! Eric returns with frequent co-host Matt Harris to discuss some of the latest news from the Houston bar and restaurant scene including the Pass and Provisions closing, BB Lemon opening a second location, and the national headlines that Restaurant Indigo is getting. In the Restaurants of the Week section, Squable and Rudyard's are featured. In the Guest of the Week portion Eric is joined by Wayne Mueller of Louie Mueller Barbecue for a long conversation regarding the BBQ revolution, the cultural significance of BBQ, not going into the restaurant business immediately, coming back to the family business, feeling the weight of the history of the restaurant, and much more!
