We often say, “Three’s company,” but we can also be communion and community all by ourselves. In Mark’s gospel, Jesus shows us the beauty of spending time alone and the clarity that solitude affords.

The God who brought a wellspring of water in the wilderness is the same God journeying with us today. What would it look like if we believed in God’s overflow of provision? Where in our lives are we asking God to bring a wellspring on our journey toward Jubilee?
