    Kenneth Eng is a director, editor and executive producer. After graduating from Boston Latin School, Ken left for New York in 1994 to study film at the School of Visual Arts. His thesis Scratching Windows, a short documentary film about graffiti writers, was broadcast as part of the doc series REEL NY on WNET - NY PBS. In 2001, Ken directed and edited Take Me to The River a feature length documentary about the Maha Kumbh Mela festival in Allahabad, India. Kokoyakyu: High School Baseball, his film about the famous Koshien Tournament in Japan was nationally broadcast on PBS as part of POV and continues to play in Japan on NHK-TV. In 2007, Ken was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship to launch My Life In China. Recently, he edited Tested for director Curtis Chin, and is currently developing projects on post-genocide reconciliation in Rwanda and the rise of baseball in China.     If you are a podcaster or a blogger, you may have heard of the phase "avatar for your content".  If not, perhaps you have heard of the phrase "ideal customer avatar". But what is it? A customer avatar (or a podcast avatar) is a fictional character that represents your ideal prospect.     William James Hung is a Hong Kong-born American former singer who gained fame in early 2004 as a result of his off-key audition performance of Ricky Martin's hit song "She Bangs" on the third season of the television series American Idol. Soon after American Idol ended, William landed a number of gigs as a singer and appeared on some of the top American Shows such as Jimmy Kimmel Live!, On Air with Ryan Seacrest, Entertainment Tonight, David Letterman, The Howard Stern Radio Show, The Ellen DeGeneres Show.  But he has a story left to tell - while many people think he simply put on an act to embarrass himself, the truth was far from it. He wanted to sing and get on stage.     Above: Prof. Chung (Left), me and Mr. Li in Zhuhai, China in March 2018 While I was in China (March 2018) conducting research and recording episodes for the new show, I had the great pleasure to meet Professor Sydney Chung (钟尚志 / Zhong Shangzhi), who is a recognized expert and pioneer in medicine, particularly in the area of endoscopy. Prof. Chung was the President of The Chinese University Hong Kong School of Medicine and the youngest President in the school’s history.  Prof. Chung studied medicine at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland and worked at Prince of Wales Hospital in Hong Kong upon graduation.  At the age of 50, he experienced his version of the "midlife crisis" and decided to go to Papua New Guinea, the Land of the Unexpected to work as a doctor for three years, often under extreme circumstances with limited medical and Human Resources.  What I also found out is that Prof. Chung was a key contributor (and known to be one of the heroes) during SARS in Southern China between 2002-2003.  This
