Many of us can be moving in the right direction, but never arriving in the right destination. The truth is that the direction we are in, will determine the destination we arrive at. We must have a vision of what we want life to look like, be disciplined start, and obedient to take small steps in the right direction.

Pastor Phil MionThis week Pastor Phil encouraged us out of 1 Peter 2:11, reminding us that our position in Heaven affects our purpose here on Earth. We were not called to fit in, we were chosen to stand out! Our conduct on Earth, should always reflect our citizenship in Heaven. Let’s be people that attract others to Jesus because of the way we live our lives! 

Pastor Alex SagotWe can all relate to the fact that in life we will experience set backs. But the good news is that God doesn’t want us to live in the struggle, He wants us to live in the breakthrough. We need to make a determination that all day everyday we will draw near to God because perseverance results in the promise, and it is the process that builds our progress. Don’t stop, you are on the edge of breakthrough! 

Pastor Alex SagotWe are living in a world where there are so many people that are lost, feeling like they don’t belong. But the good news is that the church is a place where everyone has a home! We can never forget about the broken, lost and wandering people around us and as a Church people will always be our cause. The Church is a community that God is building where everyone belongs. 

Pastor Alex SagotSo many times we walk around life with the “me” mentality, and the truth is that God saved us so that we could rescue others! We should always live lives with eyes that see beyond ourselves and we should have hands that are always willing to carry. The four men in Mark 2:1-12 were examples of a Dream Team. They were examples of people who understood that it wasn’t about them and who were willing to carry someone to Christ no matter what it took; may we always be part of that Dream Team!

Pastor Alex SagotThere are so many times that we wait for someone to do something when God is calling us. God is not looking past you, He is looking at you. There is an urgency in our city and God is looking at each of us to stand up. The truth is that we can do something alone, but we can do great things together! A powerful church represents a powerful help in our city.

Pastor Richard McCarthyIn life we will experience pain because of injuries, wether physical or emotional, it is inevitable. The truth is that the process of healing can sometimes be more painful than the initial injury. But in today’s message Pastor Richard McCarthy reminded us that the process God has in store for us may be painful, but it will get us to the promised healing. Your past wounds are now your battle scars that have produced strength in you.
