Charlie Cox can be seen this April 10, 2015 as the title character of Marvel's Daredevil for Netflix. Daredevil is a 13 episode show that starts a 60 episode arc crossing over some of Marvel's more street level heroes. Daredevil is a blind super heroe with special abilities. Charlie was also on Boardwalk Empire for 2 seasons, in the Oscar nominated The Theory of Everything, he has worked with Al Pacino, Robert DeNiro, Michelle Pfeiffer, Clare Danes, Ricky Gervais, Steve Buscemi, Kelly MacDonald, we talk about his start in acting at boarding school, his terrible singing, whether or not he is from distinguished lineage, his audition process for getting on Daredevil. Jason Chin wasnt very well known outside of the Chicago comedy scene but he meant a lot to the hundreds or thousands of lives he touched. Jason passed away at the age of 46 on January 8, 2015. Jason was a teacher, an improvisor, a director, a friend, a son and a brother. I bring in some Chicago improvisors that knew Jason to talk about some of their memories of him. AJ Tesler is a guy I know from the improv world. We were at Improv Olympic at the same time in the mid 2000's. Now AJ is married and has a little girl with Rett Syndrome. RS is a regressing neurological disorder occurring exclusively in young females. AJ came to my house before the holidays and talked with me about Rett Syndrome and what a parent and a child goes through when they find out. We also talk about his proactive way of coping. He has made a video with his wife and daughter and is looking for people to take a closer look at Rett and to donate. I have started a fundraising page for Rett Syndrome in hopes of raising $100,000 is the next two years. We talk to AJ's daughters doctor, Dr Jeffrey Neul via phone. Denis O'Hare became a beloved villain on HBO's True Blood a few years ago.
