16/01/2018** Please listen to this podcast with an open mind. While it may seem like a bit of a stretch, there is science-backed validity to what Dr. Baker is saying. I myself read the research (and still am) and was quite intrigued with all that Dr. Baker talks about in this podcast. I ventured on the protocol of all meat for sometime and after just one week eating all meat (highly quality wild game and grass fed, and wild caught meats only) my period came back. I hadn't had a period in 7 months, and this was the only thing I changed. Did the meat heal me? I can't know for sure, but it certainly has made all aspects of my health improve, not just my cycle. My sleep is deeper than ever. My brain energy is clearer than ever. My favorite part is NO anxiety.
