  • Episode 10: Wendy Speake

    16/02/2016 Duración: 53min

Today's episode of Surviving Sarah is a conversation with author and speaker, Wendy Speake. We talk about how she was surprised by mommy anger. She would have never described herself as an angry person yet spouts of anger were triggered in her by her kids. We talk about her new book (co-authored with Amber Lia) that released Feb 16, 2016 called Triggers: Exchanging Parent's Angry Reactions For Biblical Responses. Our conversation felt like therapy and I left feeling inspired and encouraged--I know you will, too. The show continues to remain on New & Noteworthy in iTunes which is all because of you! Thank you so much! Keeping leaving reviews and telling people about the show. Let me just give each of you a virtual high five! • Episode 9: Blythe Hill

    09/02/2016 Duración: 47min

Blythe Hill, creator of the campaign Dressember, joins me on the show. We talk about how a dress can change the world. She took her love of fashion and combined it with a passion to help women who don't have a voice. In the campaign's 3rd year, she along with many other advocates raised over $915,000 USD! It's amazing what women in the hands of a very capable God can do! That money will fund over 200 rescue operations, pay over 45 anti-trafficking lawyer's salaries for a year or pay for aftercare therapy for over 1000 survivors for a year. That is truly remarkable! I can't wait to join the campaign in December 2016. Thank you for spending part of your day with me! Hop on over to Instagram @sarahwbragg or Facebook or SurvivingSarah.com to connect with me.
