Listen as MAG Youth Director, James Hackworth, shares this last week on the battle for our Soul - Temperance brings Peace. We must have self control in all our emotions, not letting our emotions control us. BUT, it's easy to say what we need to do, it's much harder to do...we need to be brave, strong and courageous.

Today's Main Point: When there's no doubt, there's no stopping us; but where there's doubt, God can't go. The mind is where doubt enters and begins to eat away at the trust built in your heart. Once we lose trust there's no other option but fending for ourselves; so we push God aside and do things on our own.

Today's Main Point: My heart must be completely God's or my battles will be completely mine. It's in our hearts that our actions are determined. The Battle for our Heart will determine our ability to walk as God has commanded us.

When we go through troubling times the enemy will attack us in these three areas of our lives....heart, mind & soul. Once he has taken ground on these three fronts - he has taken control. Week 1 we focus on preparing for the battle that will come.

Today's Main Point: Compromise creates big buts that get in the way of serving God wholeheartedly.

For the Christian, our life is a journey...but I want to challenge you today to make your journey, an adventure!
