Yes it's 1 December and today when I woke up I remembered exactly that date. And I remember it well and if you'll give me 12 minutes I'd like to tell you the two stories. One is kind of fun and it's part of my career and life today. The other story is from my childhood and it is about a very sad day. And it's something that I think about every first of December. Thank you for taking time to listen to my stories. And I would love to hear some of your stories about December at this time of the seasons

Do any of you know where the term black Friday came from... Well let me tell you it's not about doing good things for you... It's all about doing good things for them. You do want to do that don't you? Well first of all remember that this is Thanksgiving week and there's something that you can do that will really help people remember you. It's a very smart secret and I'm going to share it with you today. And then whether you like him or not Donald Trump can teach you some lessons about life business and performing from his now favorite and famous and worldwide imitated dance in music. So in 20 minutes you can be very much better informed entertained, maybe even smarter about how you can make 25 a year where are you not only will survive maybe you can even begin to thrive. So right now go to the one of the million places you can hear and see the Trump dance turn the volume down and then take in the show for today!

Donald Trump made it very clear that if he was elected that he was going to transform the United States government in many significant ways. And he has been choosing people who he believes will help him do just that, Have you ever been transformed and changed in a very significant way? Would you like to be transformed? With your permission I'd like to take 15 minutes this weekend to challenge you to do what I call a "Be Cause" Time for thinking and planning, As 2025 approaches what would you like to Be. ,,, and what is the cause that you wish to pursue, the thing in your life that is very powerful and purposeful and highly motivating to you, do you have a cause? If not would you like to have a cause because highly successful and change making people usually do, Because the world may step aside for the man or woman who knows who they are where they're going and what they're going to do. Might that be you?

Well maybe not every one of them but many of them, and for some reason many people have the pre-disposition that controversy is bad. Really is that so? Do you know that? One of my missions in life is to help people have ISSACHAR ideas,,, and so may I tell you some stories share some random thoughts and perhaps suggest some ideas that might make sense.  Remember that the goal of much of life and business is to figure out how the world works, what makes sense, and what we are supposed to be say and do, and remember the word BeCause!

The election has been over for two weeks and the conversations, postmortems, and continuing challenges still remain. After all he went through it was said by some that if Trump would win that he would really take revenge on all of his opponents, enemies, and even on people he just did not like. It does not appear that that has happened so far and once Trump was asked about that during the campaign and he made a very startling statement.   So let's take a few minutes to think about that because it might be very helpful for you and I as we deal with some of our opponents, maybe even enemies, and even the people who have done us wrong or even just refused to help us. Just maybe Trump is right. Let me tell you the story and then you can decide.

There is a lot of conversation going on still about the American election and what it means and how it happened. I don't care to join that conversation politically because that's not what I do. However as a business performance coach and perhaps a student of the human condition let me just suggest a couple things that I saw that may have made some of the difference.  You are certainly free to disagree and I would love to hear your words for the conversation. But as always I hope it finally comes down to no one but you and maybe meet which is for both of us to ask where are we going to do differently that is better bolder braver and will make us stronger, and is there a way we can help each other.

I have over 35 years of business performance coaching experience, and I have found that most business people, and unfortunately most people trying to start a business are not very good at communicating... And as a result they are not very good at selling, marketing, telling stories, and attracting others. OK the world is in a mess right now and the American election which will have a significant effect on the world marketplace has now fallen into place and we know a little bit about what will happen with Donald Trump as president of one of the most powerful countries with one of the greatest marketplaces.  So with your permission may I give you your first lesson in one of the new realities of doing business today. Remember nobody will buy what you have or what you do until they are willing to buy you... Here's just a short introduction to that story.

 It's been a week since the elections here in theUnited States and there's still a lot of conversation as well as confusion as to what's going to happen, and of course there is a great deal of speculation as to why Donald Trump was successful and why Kamala Harris was not even though it seemed that the contest for the presidency was quite even. Well one of the reasons is that I pointed out many years ago was that Donald Trump was not only an entrepreneurial businessman, but he had a great deal of experience learning how to use the modern media and was the big star in a very successful TV program.  The man knew how to use the microphone and be in front of the camera... And most of the competitors against him had virtually no experience with the modern marketing mass media. Well let me tell you the story and I think it could be very helpful to you because things are going to change and they're going to change a lot in 2025, and I want you to be ready to make your Mark, be more successful, live with less fear, a

And with your permission may I tell you my story. Like Donald Trump and most people I know I am "a flawed man." That's right I have some flaws and I've made some mistakes and I'm far from perfect. See I am a type A person I am very intense. Often I am impatient and many times I just go and live too fast. There are just a lot of things in life that I want to achieve and do and sometimes I may not be the best at being kind gracious and gentle with those around me. I have to remember that one time a woman simply said to me, Stan please, you just walk too fast! And lately I've been reminded that the God in my life is probably a slow dancer. So maybe I need to learn something from that and if you'll give me 15 I'll share my story.

You have a life to live and you need to be fully alive in 25. So let me encourage you about some ways to do that. And for sometime I've been telling people that podcasting will be vital to the future in terms of life and business and in the way we communicate. The election just passed is now being called the podcast election. Kamala Harris did not go on the Joe Rogan podcast and instead went to Saturday night live. Probably a stupid thing to do. I have been involved in broadcast communication for many years and I know that you have to know how it works if you want to be successful in life and business today, and for sure the new means of communication will not be on ABC CBS NBC or CNN ... And maybe not even FOX. It will be the alternative media of streaming, podcasting, and performing that will make the difference, and so learn how to be a storyteller and a broadcaster, and I will try and help you begin to be good, and maybe even great at these vital skills necessary in the business world today.

The American election is now just about over and the results were very startling both for winner and loser. It seems that people voted for change and they are going to get it. Donald Trump has made it very clear that he is going to change lots of things, And change can be fearful because of anxiety as well as a sense of danger and disappointment. I have a few thoughts about that and may I suggest that we seek to live with less fear in our lives, and maybe even be one of those rare persons who seemingly is fearless. Then let me tell you my favorite story in that regard about a western painting of brave Indian warriors shooting arrows into the air. The election is on its way and various celebrities are making endorsements for either candidate. Does that really matter anymore? Oprah came and endorsed Kamala Harris. That's fine. However Oprah went on to say that if Kamala didn't win there would be no more elections in United States.. That's stupid and that's not true and that's part of the problem with endorsements. Most celebrity endorsements are given by people who don't know what they're talking about.  Then the podcast king who I've known for sometime, Joe Rogan, came out and endorsed Donald Trump. And does that matter or again, who cares? Probably nobody and it probably won't make any difference but it indicates something about the changing world of media that you need to know something about. So as somebody who's been in the broadcasting business for over 40 years let me tell you how that might affect you and your business. And this little podcast is only about 14 minutes but may I end up talking about something that might be very important. Are you

I don't claim the gift of being able to foretell the future. I am not a prophet, but I always seek to be and pray to be a coach man who better understand the times and what's going on and perhaps what will be, and even more so what you need to be. And because things will be quite different in many ways depending on who does win the election may I make a few suggestions that might be helpful to you. I hope that will be the case and that no matter what you know that things can be OK no matter what will be.

Halloween is all about knocking on doors. In fact that's where the whole idea came from. At least it's present incarnation and of course it's still about children knocking on doors and saying trick-or-treat But it might be helpful to know a little bit more about the true spiritual and religious implications of Halloween, and maybe it can be more than just a point of interest in a fun celebration.  It just might be a time to do a little knocking on the doors and windows of your life and seeing if there's some changes you wanna make, some new doors to go through, some new windows to look out of. Maybe it's time to do a little reformation and transformation.  If you give me 15 minutes I think I can help you think about that and perhaps make a resolution, maybe even more, a determination!

Yes there's turbulence going on but it will increase in one week as the election day and time in the USA comes to an end and the counting and deciding and selecting and the name of the winner begins. And so what do we do that in the midst of the mess that the world is in and where division and often evil seem to be the menu of the day; how can we begin to live differently so that maybe we will not only be different in degree from others, but we will be different in kind because we live with special wisdom, insight, and power because we practice many things including the expulsion of the crowd. May I take a few minutes to tell you my story!

I have a number of stories to tell today and I think I got mixed up from yesterday but here's the key point about the election, I just voted but I have a suggestion for both candidates when it comes to the next 10 days before the election that would be very helpful for either one of them. Instead of just hitting on one another why don't they tell us who are the people who would be helping them if we would elect them to be the leader of this country and obviously with all of the world responsibilities that that would entail. Tell us who is on your TEAM... As part of The Executive Appointment Model ,,, and perhaps a few thoughts about AI once again which is going to be a major change factor in a lot of the businesses we do today. And all the best for the weekend.

And now that I have your attention that's just one of the many interesting things we'll talk about in our time today. We will tease you with a little bit of an idea that we're going to make a recommendation to Don and Kamala tomorrow which I think will be helpful for them. I wonder if they will listen. They would be better off if they would. Then I am into storytime with Stan and it is about how in the last 72 hours I've learned things about artificial intelligence that is going to very much helpful to me in my life and business to do things faster quicker and make more money. In fact it may help me help you to transform you and me into somebody with more power poise purpose and a plan, and the ways to market our self in the global marketplace in the year just before us. AI will be both good and bad but there are ways to make it good for you and let me suggest just a few starting now.

Yes it's Wednesday and we're spending the week in the Transformation Zone because we are in Kairos times. That means they could be times of crisis and they might be times for opportunity. And that's why smart people are putting themselves and their spirit into the Transformation zone and let me introduce you to the 4 S words . And no they are not dirty words or nasty words but they are good words that you need to know and put into your life and practice in business today... And then let me give you an example of how just one AI thing for my business probably saved me a couple hundred dollars and will very much help my programs to attract more people just like you into the entrepreneur zone.  Remember in the world to come right now you will probably have to be an entrepreneur and for sure you're going to have to think like an entrepreneur if you want to be successful in the AI transformational economy that is before us right now.
