Let's face it, at this time of the year thousands of people are offering to millions of people, The Solution, the one great thing that will help them have a better new year. And many people will decide that maybe this time this will be the thing that works. But of course most of the solutions don't work and when the year has passed nothing will have changed. Most things will be as they are, and maybe even worse. We make no promises or guarantees but we do understand that real significant change, indeed a transformation, it is possible. There is a zone of living and understanding and achieving that can make a difference. We would like you to give us a try because we truly believe this could be helpful, useful, practical, and maybe transforming. This is the soft launch and we are grateful for you giving us the time to check it out.

Today is the second day of Christmas. We have all heard of the 12 days of Christmas and that's more of a song than reality. But the second day of Christmas is in many parts of the world a legal and official reality. But it's more than that. Much more. First of all it's a time to have enjoyed the wonder of children on the first day and on the Christmas Eve day, but on the second day of Christmas it's for the benefit of those who are older and perhaps for those who have to live a grown-up life with all of its difficulties challenges, and even opportunities. Please join me in some reminiscing at this age and stage but I think many of you will find that indeed I got it right. This is the day, the Christmas day for grown-ups... It's just a few minutes of thoughtfulness for those of us who are growing up and want to live better and be a blessing for others in the days we have left,

The young boy wanted to fly. And he did everything he could to learn how to fly and and one day he became the high school slam dunk basketball champion in America, and had a very successful college career in basketball where he did a lot of jumping and flying.  But then his flying flamed out and all of the things he had planned for and dreamed about came to an end. And then the story really begins as he finds his way to new ways of living learning and serving others. And then in many ways that he never dreamed of or thought possible his life became one where he truly is flying once again. This story will inspire you and maybe he'll change you and perhaps transform you into a life you never thought possible. Maybe you can learn to fly too.

Yes it's true. But it's nothing scary or terribly shocking. And when all is said and done it might be good for me and it might be good for you too. So let me tell you a story about what I'm calling Stan's robot and the fact that in the AI world I am also becoming one of the robots that can help other people, And so can you... This is the beginning of a new experiment. There are hundreds maybe thousands of people who would like to tell the story of Jesus and share God's wisdom and love and purpose and direction for our lives on the World Wide Web using the new podcasting modern media. They want to be on the radio and so let's help you become a Jesus Broadcaster.  I have many years of radio experience in all kinds of different formats and I have done hundreds maybe thousands of programs about faith in Jesus and I would like to ask you to join me in an experiment as we seek to learn what it would be like to truly do radio as Jesus might do it if he were doing his work here today and use the modern mass media. Let's try and be world class as we speak his word and share his wisdom and tell his story.

Well this program is also on the television and we show you pictures of books but you have a great imagination so just see the books that we talk about but the program is still a great Xxperience, as it is all about pictures and stories of boox! This is our first episode in a podcast that has been over 35 years in the thinking, making, and finally launching. The title says it all but of course there is more you would want to know and this is a good way to start. Much of the news of the world centered around New York City and two young men both 26 years of age. One of them was acquitted of the crime of killing a man, and another was indicted for killing another man. But there the story is different. Most people now know the story about Daniel Penny who risked his life to stop an out of control man on a New York subway car. He found himself, by the authorities not as a hero who had helped others, but as someone deserving time in jail. Well it appears that true justice was done though some may disagree but I want to take time to very much to salute Daniel Penny and wish that there could be more penny men in our world today.

I have often wondered what Jesus would be like if he came to earth as a cowboy. It said he was a carpenter. And he is often called the good Shepherd. Do you think we could call him the good cowboy? Well it's time for some fanciful but I think perhaps some deeply serious fun and so if you'll give me about 15 minutes I'd like to tell you stories that might challenge you to think differently about some things and perhaps to have some fun with the whole idea of Christmas cowboys!

December 7, 1941 change the world it was a major transformation from a tragic attack to to August 6, 1945 when the first atomic bomb was dropped and killed thousands more more, But one young man escaped. As he later said, I should be dead but I'm not. And that transformed his life and that has led to a number of stories, I think you will find them interesting and perhaps inspiring.  And today in Paris France something else was inspiring as a tragic fire five years ago was transformed into a day of celebration and it will probably transform the lives of many people. Again let me tell you the rest of the story and perhaps put some of those lessons together so that we can have perhaps a transforming 25.

Well I confess this is actually a little bit of a trick headline but I will talk about it at the end of the podcast program. But first I want to help you better understand how the world works in business and marketing in this year of 25. Everything is changing and you can learn a lot by the news about Joe Biden pardoning his son and Donald Trump going off to Paris to visit the cathedral. In fact you can learn a whole lot about life business and communication by going to a Cathedral ... And then I will ask you to help me write a book or make a show about being married to strong people! Hey don't worry you're gonna learn a lot in 12 minutes.

Yes it's 1 December and today when I woke up I remembered exactly that date. And I remember it well and if you'll give me 12 minutes I'd like to tell you the two stories. One is kind of fun and it's part of my career and life today. The other story is from my childhood and it is about a very sad day. And it's something that I think about every first of December. Do any of you know where the term black Friday came from... Well let me tell you it's not about doing good things for you... It's all about doing good things for them. You do want to do that don't you? Well first of all remember that this is Thanksgiving week and there's something that you can do that will really help people remember you. It's a very smart secret and I'm going to share it with you today. And then whether you like him or not Donald Trump can teach you some lessons about life business and performing from his now favorite and famous and worldwide imitated dance in music. So in 20 minutes you can be very much better informed entertained, maybe even smarter about how you can make 25 a year where are you not only will survive maybe you can even begin to thrive. Donald Trump made it very clear that if he was elected that he was going to transform the United States government in many significant ways. And he has been choosing people who he believes will help him do just that, Have you ever been transformed and changed in a very significant way? Would you like to be transformed? With your permission I'd like to take 15 minutes this weekend to challenge you to do what I call a "Be Cause" Time for thinking and planning, As 2025 approaches what would you like to Be. ,,, and what is the cause that you wish to pursue, the thing in your life that is very powerful and purposeful and highly motivating to you, do you have a cause? If not would you like to have a cause because highly successful and change making people usually do, Because the world may step aside for the man or woman who knows who they are where they're going and what they're going to do. Might that be you?

Well maybe not every one of them but many of them, and for some reason many people have the pre-disposition that controversy is bad. Really is that so? Do you know that? One of my missions in life is to help people have ISSACHAR ideas,,, and so may I tell you some stories share some random thoughts and perhaps suggest some ideas that might make sense.  Remember that the goal of much of life and business is to figure out how the world works, what makes sense, and what we are supposed to be say and do, and remember the word BeCause!

The election has been over for two weeks and the conversations, postmortems, and continuing challenges still remain. After all he went through it was said by some that if Trump would win that he would really take revenge on all of his opponents, enemies, and even on people he just did not like. It does not appear that that has happened so far and once Trump was asked about that during the campaign and he made a very startling statement.   So let's take a few minutes to think about that because it might be very helpful for you and I as we deal with some of our opponents, maybe even enemies, and even the people who have done us wrong or even just refused to help us. Just maybe Trump is right. Let me tell you the story and then you can decide.

There is a lot of conversation going on still about the American election and what it means and how it happened. I don't care to join that conversation politically because that's not what I do. However as a business performance coach and perhaps a student of the human condition let me just suggest a couple things that I saw that may have made some of the difference.  You are certainly free to disagree and I would love to hear your words for the conversation. But as always I hope it finally comes down to no one but you and maybe meet which is for both of us to ask where are we going to do differently that is better bolder braver and will make us stronger, and is there a way we can help each other.

I have over 35 years of business performance coaching experience, and I have found that most business people, and unfortunately most people trying to start a business are not very good at communicating... And as a result they are not very good at selling, marketing, telling stories, and attracting others. OK the world is in a mess right now and the American election which will have a significant effect on the world marketplace has now fallen into place and we know a little bit about what will happen with Donald Trump as president of one of the most powerful countries with one of the greatest marketplaces.  So with your permission may I give you your first lesson in one of the new realities of doing business today. Remember nobody will buy what you have or what you do until they are willing to buy you... Here's just a short introduction to that story.

 It's been a week since the elections here in theUnited States and there's still a lot of conversation as well as confusion as to what's going to happen, and of course there is a great deal of speculation as to why Donald Trump was successful and why Kamala Harris was not even though it seemed that the contest for the presidency was quite even. Well one of the reasons is that I pointed out many years ago was that Donald Trump was not only an entrepreneurial businessman, but he had a great deal of experience learning how to use the modern media and was the big star in a very successful TV program.  The man knew how to use the microphone and be in front of the camera...
