Karl Mecklenburg knows a thing or two about having a template.  The former Denver Broncos Captain and All-Pro Linebacker Karl Mecklenburg rose from being a college walk-on and a 12th round draft pick to a pro career that included six Pro Bowl and three Super Bowl appearances. Considered the NFL’s most versatile player, Karl played all seven defensive front positions. Bronco coaches wanted him at the point of attack and would move him throughout the game. There were many games where Mecklenburg played all seven positions in the course of a single game. Now a professional speaker and a member of the distiguished Certified Speaker Professional, Karl’s speeches give you the Six Keys to Success that he used to rise from a college walk-on to the most versatile player in the NFL. 12/03/2016 Duración: 50min

How many times do you have an opportunity to go back in time and analyze your peak performance? How many times is that done by talking directly to the person that beat you? Well, in this edition of Creating Life's New Normal, I have just that opporutnity.  Today I speak with Lukas Christen won the gold medal at the Paralympic Games Long Jump Gold medal in 2000 in Sydney Australia.  I won the silver medal. After thinking about this commercial, which I used to be in agreement with, I thought about it and concluded that this really is an entitlement mentality.
