Hey y’all! Happy holidays! Ross and Patrick check in and tell you their travel plans for Christmas week even though you didn’t ask. Don’t forget they’re so grateful for you.

This week Ross and Patrick talk about sex, love, parenthood, and of course, Peggy. They’ve got some news and they’re ready to over share. Get into it!

Ross, Patrick, and Peggy joined chosen family Eddie and Gregory in Boiceville, NY for the weekend. With a stocked fridge, they tucked themselves away in a cabin surrounded by snow. Patrick and Gregory puzzled while Ross and Eddie definitely did not puzzle. Be teleported away while Ross and Patrick recount their weekend of rest, relaxation, overeating, and Peggy pissing everywhere.

Pregnancy, sonograms, Whitesnake, oh my! What do these things have in common? Absolutely nothing of course. Somehow Patrick and Ross end up talking about 80's hair metal after they’ve subjected you to the literal ins and outs of their first OBGYN appointment. Friends, the fever dream continues. Don’t you want to see how it all plays out?

Luxe is a sex positive, body positive, burlesque performing witch who also happens to run a creative arts program for children. She is a radical lady who’s ready to dish all things taboo. Even though Kelly, Ross, and Patrick have known each other for over a decade, this was definitely the most time they've ever spent together. Prior to recording this episode, Kelly put Peggy through two hours of her dog training paces. She's the dog whisperer of Ross and Patrick’s dreams and is helping them turn their little Peggy right around. Goddess bless this woman. We swear she was not held hostage. Cassandra Cushman is an actor. She's a writer. A psychic, a witch, a healer. She's so many things beyond this realm we can’t fit it all in this little paragraph. Everyone came away from the weekend feeling emotionally hungover from the bittersweet highs and the stress-induced lows. Ross and Patrick balanced having a good time with their respective brands of generalized anxiety while Peggy exhausted herself from love, attention, and gnawing through her crate cover. What they thought would be a fun recap of the weekend turned into a much deeper conversation about love, partnership, and showing up for each other. When Ross first met Patrick, he was a reality TV producer who used a blackberry constantly and hair product never. (Ross' subsequent fashion and cultural influence on him cannot be understated.) He also had a long term "work husband" by the name of Chuck Thornton with whom Patrick road-dogged across the country to tell the stories of many while eating the garbage of few (when it comes to food, they’re kind of alley cats). Ross and Patrick's main junk food TV show obsession is The Bachelor/Bachelorette franchise and its trash spawn, Bachelor in Paradise. The entire Bachelor brand is based on the myths we were all sold about love and relationships during our Disney-enhanced childhoods. On this episode, the Who Cares hosts discuss the first episode of Bachelor In Paradise, the drama that ensued, and how little do all these hormone-hyped contestants know, they’re all in open relationships and navigating them terribly.
