Guest judge and notorious fussbudget Andy Dierker takes our pitches for brand new cooking formats. Even though he's not a culinary expert himself, he IS an expert when it comes to laughing at the failures of reality contestants.  Can we find the right format to feed his schadenfreude?

Guest judge Colin Espinales and his wife Katie love to binge reality television.  They've seen every season of "Married At First Sight," they love "Who the Bleep Did I Marry?," they generally like it when people blindly enter relationships (or get killed) for their amusement.  Will Guest Colin fall in love with Shawn's hot new polygamy show "The Cul de Sac" or lust after Host Colin's steaming new Fear-Factor-meets-dating format "Saving Yourself For Marriage?"

All the way from Hollywood, USA, special guest judge Tim de la Motte takes the hot seat as we pitch toughboy male-driven reality formats.  If he likes "Lizard Lick Towing," "Bar Rescue" and "Storage Wars," will he love OUR gruff new shows "Wild Warriors" and "Man Meets?"  

Special guest judge Megan Manley takes pitches for some big ole high concept FAMILY REALITY formats. Will one of our ideas become the next Supernanny, Wife Swap or Sister Wives?  And why do both of our ideas involve endangering children?
