Episode 226: Phil Mason with Toby and Sophie Flipo - Teach Us To Pray Series - Upper Room Culture - 6th Sept 2026

    10/09/2026 Duración: 40min

This week, Phil Mason introduced the concept of Upper Room culture, and Toby and Sophie Flipo, two of Tribe’s worship leaders, shared their experiences hosting pop-up Houses of Prayer in their home.Upper Room Culture is unveiled in the gathering of Jesus and His disciples in the Upper Room on the night He was betrayed. They gathered around the Last Supper, as Jesus led them in a covenantal meal together. This remarkable culture was born out of the unique language Jesus introduced. His intimate teaching birthed apostolic culture, inviting the disciples to inhabit this heavenly culture as they participated in the genesis of the church. As someone famously said, “words create worlds.’ Jesus invited the disciples to embrace this entirely new Upper Room culture expressed through the House of Prayer. Jesus’ own prayer in John 17 embodied the Spirit of the House of Prayer movement.Toby and Sophie shared their passion for running House of Prayer events in their own home, something they have practiced for several year

Episode 225: Phil and Maria Mason - Teach Us To Pray Series - Introduction - 23rd August 2026

    10/09/2026 Duración: 47min

We are starting a new series called Teach Us to Pray, and Maria and Phil kicked it off with a beautiful overview of the life and journey of prayer.Maria’s key Scripture was Luke 11, where the disciples asked Jesus, “Lord, teach us to pray.”Embedded within the Lord’s Prayer, we discover many dimensions of prayer and devotion that are available to those who are willing to engage with them.Prayer is worship and adoration.
It is connection with the Father.
It is talking with Him.
It is asking and bringing our needs before Him.
It is caring for and interceding for others.
It is knowing the Father and growing in relationship with Him.
It is learning to hear His voice and understand His ways.
It is emptying our hearts of judgement, offence, and unforgiveness.
And prayer is also silence—being still in His presence.Phil shared about the power of silence and the importance of learning to be still so that we can encounter the Father’s love.Sometimes prayer is not about finding more words; it is simply about becoming sti

Episode 223: Manny Kim from Orbis Ministries - Prayer Ministry Training - 9th September 2026

    10/09/2026 Duración: 01h01min

Manny preached on I Thessalonians 5.23, emphasising that God, who is faithful, will make us holy and blameless until Jesus returns. There are many needs in this hour as the world is so full of brokenness and need.Manny has a medical background, and he spoke about how fear and stress activate survival mode, leading to problems like high blood pressure, poor sleep, and exhaustion. He shared some powerful stories and examples of healing and deliverance. We need God’s love to restore us and bring peace and wholeness. Confession, renunciation, and repentance are essential, as well as breaking curses and bondage, and bringing everything into Christ’s light for freedom. A lack of forgiveness can harden the heart, causing anger, resentment, and emotional numbness, making us like robots outwardly, while God desires our hearts. The Father desires His peace to dominate our hearts, bringing wholeness to our mind, body, and spirit.

Episode 222: Rob Harding - Healing of the Heart Series - Why do forgiven people still hide? - 26th July 2026

    22/08/2026 Duración: 38min

Jesus said, “I am the light of the world.” He invites us into the light — to himself. Scripture also tells us that people avoid the light because they fear what will be exposed. But what if hiding isn't just something unique to people who don’t follow Jesus? What if fear, shame, rejection, and old wounds can remain buried deep within us—even when we genuinely know Jesus and have been completely forgiven? When we accept the gift of eternal life, we come into the light. It’s free. It’s undeserved. This is the unique and profound gospel of grace. Jesus has finished the work of salvation. But where does the hard work of sanctification fit in? Is it possible we become fearful of a ‘works gospel’ and so minimise the essential work of being transformed, renewing our minds, and opening wide our hearts? What might happen if, instead of defending, blaming or shaming ourselves, we became curious—and simply asked Jesus, “Where in my heart am I hiding from you?” And what part does community play in the process of opening ou

Episode 221: Rosie Moulton - Healing of the Heart Series - Embracing the call to live from the Spirit - 12th July 2026

    15/07/2026 Duración: 49min

In this message, we explore what it looks like to embrace Heaven's call to live our lives out of our new creation identity. To be deeply healed and beyond that to become a company of people who bring healing, hope, and freedom to others. As we learn to relate to God, ourselves and others in the Spirit rather than in the soul, we become people who carry the healing of Christ to the world around us. This is a call to walk in God’s truth. Becoming aware of truth is only part of the journey. Real and lasting freedom comes when we say yes to the invitation of Jesus to bring every lie, wound, sin and unhealthy pattern to the cross, allowing the old way of living to die so that his life can flourish within us. Through the truth and grace of God and the power of the cross, lasting transformation becomes possible. Our prayer is that this message encourages you to say "yes" to your own healing journey and "yes" to becoming someone who helps others encounter the restoring love of Jesus.

Episode 220: Phil Mason - Healing The Heart Series - Intro To Healing The Heart - 28th June 2026

    04/07/2026 Duración: 01h05min

In the introduction to this new series, Phil Mason takes his audience on a deep dive into the biblical foundation of Jesus’ ministry of healing hearts. The first step toward healing our hearts is the revelation of the miracle of the new creation. Phil explores the multifaceted dimensions of the regeneration of our spirit and the healing God has already performed upon us in giving a completely “new spirit.” The work of the Holy Spirit in regenerating and renewing our spirit is a finished work. Our spirit has already been fully upgraded with no further upgrades pending. Christ has been mystically joined to our spirit. The focus now turns to the sanctification (or purifying) of the soul which is a far-from-finished work. Understanding the separation of soul and spirit is vital to our understanding of the Spirit’s work in the supernatural transformation of the mind, the will, and the emotions. We hope this message refreshes and envisions you for the heart healing journey.

Episode 219: Deb Ferris - Heart Revolution - Awakening to Deep Healing - June 14th 2026

    29/06/2026 Duración: 01h09s

In this powerful message at Tribe Church on June 14, Deb Ferris shares on the journey of awakening to deep inner healing, focusing particularly on the hidden impact of bitterness and how unresolved wounds can hinder the abundant harvest God has for our lives.Drawing on her extensive experience in heart restoration ministry and leadership with Elijah House Australia, Deb unpacks the concepts of bitter-root judgments and bitter-root expectancies. She explains how negative judgments formed in response to past hurts—often in childhood—can take root deep within our hearts, producing unhealthy fruit in our relationships, emotions, and expectations.Using the powerful illustration of roots and fruits, Deb shows how the visible struggles we experience on the surface often originate from unseen roots beneath. She explores how bitter root expectancies can cause us to anticipate disappointment, failure, or hurt, shaping our lives in ways we may not even realise. With wisdom, clarity, and compassion, Deb offers practical i

    Episode 218: Maria Mason - Authenticity, Authority & Anointing Series - Pentecostal Identity - 31st May 2026

    06/06/2026 Duración: 33min

Pentecost is so important in knowing our identity as believers in God. On the day of Pentecost, the fire of God fell, and tongues of fire allotted to each person's head signified the personal anointing God has for each of us in Christ. In Luke, we read: "And behold, I am sending the promise of my Father upon you. But stay in the city until you are clothed with power from on high.” Luke 24:49 The Holy Spirit is our teacher, comforter, and deliverer. The Holy Spirit dispenses gifts and fruits, and most importantly, is the source of all power in our lives. We don't have strength or energy without Him. We have nothing without Him! In 2 Timothy 3, we read that some would prefer to hold to a form of godliness but deny the power of God. Behind this is a religious spirit that shuts down the voice of God and His omnipotence!

    21/05/2026 Duración: 33min

What does “anointing” actually mean? And have we misunderstood it?In this episode, Rob traces the story of anointing from the Old Testament kings of Israel through exile, expectation, and finally to Jesus — the Anointed One who completely redefined power, victory, and the Kingdom of God.Rob explores the expectation of the “Messiah,” challenges modern ideas about anointing as an elite spiritual status, and asks what the Bible really says about who is anointed — and why. This is a conversation about anointing, authority, obedience, abiding, and what it truly means to remain in Christ through the Holy Spirit.

Episode 216: Phil Mason - Authenticity, Authority & Anointing Series - The Invitation to Authenticity - 3rd May 2026

    10/05/2026 Duración: 47min

In this message, Phil Mason takes us on a deep dive into Jesus’ teaching on the necessity of authenticity. Jesus came to the world at a time when Israel had been dominated by a form of religion that had turned inauthenticity into an art form. Jesus’ goal was to teach people how to live from the heart. He radically deconstructed performance culture and the quest for outward religious appearance, teaching His disciples to embrace instead a spiritual life anchored in the real state of their hearts in relation to God and one another. Jesus invites us to an entirely new way of living by adopting authenticity as a core value. He calls us to ‘keep it real’ by pursuing a life of authentic love by renouncing inauthenticity and religious pretense. Jesus’ message is challenging but vital if we want to live from the heart.

Episode 215: Maria Mason - Authenticity, Authority & Anointing Series - The Authentic Son of God - 5th April 2026

    21/04/2026 Duración: 32min

As we reflect on Jesus, the risen Lord who overcame death and now reigns in glory, we focus on the life of the true Son of God. He came to earth as a man to show us the way—to demonstrate how we should live as children of God. One of the key benefits of a healed identity is authenticity.  Many see authenticity as being unfiltered and real, but that's not the full picture. Authenticity also involves humility, surrender, quietness, and going low. Through Philippians 2, we explore Jesus’ self-emptying love—kenosis. His humility, obedience, and willingness to suffer as the true and authentic Son are central. We delve into the idea that authenticity in God’s kingdom is often refined and revealed through suffering and surrender. Maria challenged us to reflect on what authentic discipleship looks like today: laying down rights, embracing obedience, and walking in alignment with the Father. Throughout this series, we will explore what it means to live with genuine, vulnerable, and surrendered faith.  Ultimately, this

Episode 214: Rob Harding - Identity Series - Why We Get Stuck In False Identity - 22nd March 2026

    25/03/2026 Duración: 37min

God's word declares our identity with beautiful clarity — chosen, loved, redeemed, known by name. So why do so many of us live as though none of that is true?In this latest instalment of our series on identity, Rob Harding explores the gap between the identity God speaks over us and the false identity so many of us carry — often without even realising it.That false identity doesn't come from nowhere, it's shaped by words spoken over us, experiences we've had, and the ways we were treated — especially in childhood. Long after those moments have passed, the recording keeps playing.Rob dives into why, despite our best intentions or desires, we can find ourselves clinging to a false identity — and how our own minds and ‘systems’ are quietly working to keep us there. We also take a clear-eyed look at the enemy's role in reinforcing those lies, and why the journey into our true identity is rarely as simple as just choosing to believe something different. But there is a journey, and it's a beautiful one.

Episode 213: Phil & Maria Mason - Identity Series - Attachment, Identity, and Mission - 8th March 2026

    19/03/2026 Duración: 43min

In this new message in the identity series, Phil and Maria Mason both address the necessity of experiencing the Father’s attachment love in the formation of our identity. The key idea is that identity formation is relational. It flows out of our relationship with God as our Father and with our brothers and sisters as “my people.” Theology alone won’t get us there! The experience of attachment love activates and supercharges our identity as God awakens the brain's attachment circuits. This deepening attachment to God and His people awakens us to our mission and purpose. Jesus was sent by the Father with a clear sense of mission. While our identity is not in our mission, our growing sense of mission is energised by our true identity. Are you trying to build a sense of identity? Build it on your sonship and watch the mission grow within you!

Episode 212: Phil Mason - Identity Series - The Journey to ‘My People’ - 22nd Feb 2026

    24/02/2026 Duración: 01h03min

We are continuing our series on identity formation. In this third installment in the series, Phil Mason explores the issues surrounding the journey towards the formation of a corporate or group identity. In the first message in the series, Phil focused on our personal identity as adopted, beloved sons and daughters of the Father. That’s the vertical dimension. But there is a horizontal component to our identity and that is the formation of a sense of group identity. For Christians, that deepening sense of identity grows in the context of Christian community and a spiritual family. Our Father in heaven uses the language of ‘My People.’ As our Heavenly Father, He bestows corporate identity upon us as we embrace the journey into spiritual family. This is a vital and essential element of our identity formation. God’s plan is that we also confidently declare a community as ‘my people.’ We hope you enjoy this challenging message.

    Episode 211: Maria Mason - Identity Series - Identity Formation - 8th Feb 2026

    12/02/2026 Duración: 49min

Maria highlights several ways we build our new identity in partnership with the Holy Spirit. Our new identity is bestowed upon us at new birth and is irreversible because "He who began a good work in us will complete it!" (Philippians 1:6) We can, however, partner deeply with the Lord in our identity formation by cooperating with His plans to form or mold us. The scriptures give us a comprehensive list of everything available to us, so we can participate in the exchange from false identity to our true identity as sons and daughters.A false identity is any internal image or narrative of self that we rely on, or that pulls us away from my true self. Things like lies, shame, unworthiness, and fear become false identities when we cling to what is familiar and old.Perfect love casts out fear and drives out false identities, too! Perfect love secures us in the truth that God is so for us and is fighting for us. His plans are good and beautiful, giving you a future, hope, and a brand-new identity, too! This message

Episode 210: Phil Mason - Identity Series - Your New Core Identity In Christ - 25th Jan 2026

    28/01/2026 Duración: 49min

In this introductory message to our new series on identity, Phil Mason opens up the New Testament revelation of our sonship and the significance of the new identity the Father bestows upon every adopted son and daughter.Identity comes from the Lord. He alone bestows identity, despite all our fleshly attempts to establish our own identity through our possessions, our status, our knowledge, our appearance, our achievements, and even our ministry. Our identity as beloved sons and daughters, loved by the Father as much as He loves His Son, Jesus, is the greatest identity anyone could ever carry in this life. This is the pathway to security and the foundation for our complete freedom from performance-based approval.Discovering and growing in our identity in Christ is the greatest investment we can make in our spiritual formation. Episode 209: Phill Mason - Living For God Series - Living For God in 2026 - 12th January 2026

    17/01/2026 Duración: 46min

In this first message for 2026 Phil Mason shares on the theme of Living for God. In an age of ever-increasing lawlessness, where so many are taking the name of the Lord in vain, there is an imperative for those of us who truly believe in God to live for Him. But what does it mean to live for God?Do we really believe that God exists? If we do, we must make the radical decision to live fully for Him; otherwise, we will be swept up in what Paul called the ‘strong delusion’ (2 Thessalonians 2:11) that is sweeping away all those who cannot escape the rising tide of lawlessness that is gripping the planet. How do we know if we are under this ‘strong delusion?’ The world is full of religious people who profess a belief in God yet are completely unmoved by Him. If we truly believe in God, then we must live for Him. Allow this message to set the compass of your heart for 2026. Be blessed!

    20/12/2025 Duración: 45min

In this message, Maria shares about the origins of true joy! When we received the Holy Spirit at the new birth, we received a full download of the Holy Spirit within us. Within each of us are all the resources we need to grow in the fruits of the Spirit. Our job is now to unpack what has already been given! In Christian circles, we often hear that someone has a gift of joy. The truth is that this person has agreed with the work of God on the inside, but mostly it’s about coming into agreement with the Holy Spirit through connection and relationship. There are four ways we can grow in joy in the natural: 1. Whatever you overcome releases joy inside of you, so give away that breakthrough and bless others and watch joy grow! 2. Joy sparks more joy, so get into it! Stir joy up with humour and fun! 3. Giving thanks is always a highway to greater joy!4. Dance and praise will always release joy!! Lastly, there is a spiritual way we can grow in His joy: to gaze on God's beauty! Episode 207: Phil Mason - Joy Series - “You are My Joy!” - 19th October 2025

    30/10/2025 Duración: 59min

Phil brings a message on the theme of joy. He highlights the deeply relational component of joy and explains where supernatural joy comes from and how the Lord imparts it to us. The Apostle Paul said to the Philippians, “I love you and long to see you, dear friends, for you are my joy and the crown I receive for my work.” (Philippians 4:1 NLT) Joy is the fruit of a deepening relationship. Our brains are hardwired for joy, and it is the fuel they run on. Joy is awakened from being with those who love us and are delighted to see us and to be with us. Jesus promised us participation in His joy as He speaks His love over our hearts. Joy also comes from seeing Jesus’ face. The Holy Spirit causes the Father’s face to shine upon us and to grant us both joy and peace. The Apostle John said, “I look forward to coming to visit and speaking with you face-to-face – for being together will complete our joy!” (2 John 1:12 TPT) Joy is the fruit of a relational upgrade with the One who is most delighted to be with us. Episode 206: Charlotte Fenby - Sowing & Reaping Series - Sowing For The Seasons - 5th October 2025

In “Sowing for the Seasons” Charlotte explores the metaphor of seeds and seasons to present the idea that God gives us seed that is specific for the season we are in.She encourages us to value that seed and the season and sow the seed at the right time so we can make the most of the opportunities in front of us.There are things we can only do in the season we’re in right now - this place with these people. Seed is sown months before the harvest, we don’t sow to see a harvest now but we sow in obedience to God and wait with hope for the harvest. May you be encouraged and strengthened to recognise, value and steward your seed and your season.
