Who is Shannon Potts?  A Marine Corps veteran with over 25 years of football experience as a player, coach, and scout. I founded the premier sports scouting agency in America, Hidden Gemz Sports Scouting. With connections all across the world, we market and promote athletes to teams at every level for professional opportunities. We also market and promote high school athletes to college coaches for scholarship opportunities. My passion has always been coaching which I have done at the youth, middle school, and semi-professional levels. I served as a student assistant at the Division 1 college level for 2 years and I was invited to coach in a college exposure/all-star type game (USA College Football Bowl) at Savannah State University in 2016 where I coached Running Backs for one of the two teams. I have also owned and run my own private training business through CoachUp where I earned CoachUp Captain (elite private trainer) status. I hope to make Hidden Gemz Sports Scouting as successful as possible and
