What you believe about the afterlife depends on what works and makes sense to you.  If you believe in past life regression, you may understand this in the terms of soul evolution. For example, if life is like a job interview and in the first interview you do not get the job, in the next interview you have another chance to do the right things and get the job.          Your belief in the afterlife will resonate energetically with you. We pick our lifetimes, we know what we are destined for. We only know what we need to learn to move forward. The soul understands what to take from your experiences into the next life. Have you ever gone to a new location and felt  comfortable as if you knew and recognized the place? You have memories of these places that may not be your experiences.
