This podcast is a recording from the most recent football coaches clinic at The Ohio State University.  The primary speaker you are about to hear is Dr. James Borcher who is a Dr in family medicine and sports medicine and oversees the mental health programs for student-athletes on campus.   I highly recommend everyone hearing the information the Dr. shared regarding the younger generation coming along and how we can prepare better, communicate more efficiently, and have more productive atmospheres as we navigate life.  If you have kids, if you work with young people, I promise there is something useful in here that will help shine light and improve an element of your relationship.
