    SCOTUS: you have a dv restraining order against you -- you can't have a gun. SCOTUS released its decision today banning domestic abusers from owning guns. Justices ruled 8-1 in favor of a 1994 ban on firearms for people under restraining orders to stay away from their spouses or partners.  Greg Skordas, KSL Legal Analyst shares his analysis. Utah Senator Todd Weiler who has taken many steps to protect Utah victims of Domestic violence.. joins the show with his reaction.

Also, Redfin’s Homebuyer Demand Index, a measure of requests for tours and other buying services from Redfin agents, declined 17% year over year to its lowest level since February. Russel Faucette, with The Stern Team, talks with Dave and Debbie about this trend and how it effecting Utahns in the housing market.
