Mr. Satterwhite is CEO of Advanced Glazings Ltd. with focus on domestic and international growth for the unique and timely light redirecting and highly insulation glazing units branded as Solera. He has served as Global Business Manager for Cabot Corporation’s Aerogel division where he was responsible for seeding global demand, business model development and supply chain for the Building and Construction markets. He also served as director of market development for Super Sky Products, Inc. where he was responsible for the design and development of systems and technology to bring solar energy into building integrated solutions among others. Prior to that position, Mr. Satterwhite was a vice president of sales at CPI Daylighting, charged with leading sales operation

  Mickie Kennedy believes that with some effort and a little money, the possibilities are endless. He is an expert at helping small businesses, authors, and startups increase their visibility and credibility. Mark Malagon has over 16 years of experience in industrial refrigeration and mechanical contracting. Lori Poland is the CEO of the National Foundation to End Child Abuse and Neglect. Ignite Nebraska began with Joni Wheeler's desire to solve a far-reaching problem: Many people who are active in the workforce are under-resourced and cannot achieve financial stability. Despite working full time, they do not earn enough to move past financial barriers in their current jobs. This problem disproportionally impacts people of color, who are under-represented in H3 careers due to systemic inequalities.
