It wouldn't be the SEC if it wasn't almost entirely backup QBs playing, apparently! It Just Means More.

As the state of Mississippi lies in ruin this weekend, the ROTC boys take a look at what has quite honestly been a very boring football season through five weeks. Does the league kinda suck besides the obvious top teams? Is Auburn actually good, or lucky? Why does Joseph get so worked up about Cam Newton? And why in the world did we all try to imitate Roe?

We look at both Kansas State and Kentucky to see what is working with this team and what isn't. Spoiler: we have no idea if the whole conference is any different from last season.

Ole Miss was the recipient of this week's worst officiating in the conference. Time may have run out for Matt Luke. The gang also discusses whether Bo Nix is good so far, amongst other topics from Week 4 of the SEC slate.

Week Three was a super strange week for all sports. To add to the weirdness, we subbed out Roe in favor of Gray. Now, listen to us talk about....sports.

Week One is thankfully done. What a sloppy, sloppy weekend. Surely it can only get worse from here right?

The Kentucky Wildcats were the breakthrough stars of the SEC last season, notching 9 regular season wins and a bowl victory in route to possibly the best season they've ever had. But losing their all-time leading rusher along with the national player of the year will make it hard to keep the momentum going. Keith and Joseph discuss whether or not they have that chance in this episode.

Joseph is joined by guest Ben Zajdel to discuss the Aggies of A&M and their chances of repeating as the 2nd place team in the West. A&M returns QB Kellen Mond, a slew of receivers, and what looks like a decent offense. Will that be enough to overcome a questionable defense? Have they answered their defensive questions through recruiting? Only time will tell, but we're sure going to talk about it anyway.

South Carolina scraped to a 7 win season in 2018, but so many games were within one possession that they could've been a 5 or 9 win team in a heartbeat. They return a massive amount of skill players on offense and some tall, rangy corners on defense, but will it be enough to avoid disaster in a difficult schedule?

The Mississippi State Bulldogs are in a weird spot. They have been to a bowl game for the past decade, consistently pump out NFL talent, are an attractive destination for recruits and for coaches, and are one of the more respected programs in college football. But they've never had an SEC title, haven't come close to the title game in the past decade, and have seem to have a reputation around the conference and even their own fanbase that they're an afterthought of a team. What do you do with a team who considers an 8 win season to be a failure but would consider a 9 win season to be a great success? Is it enough to be in a spot where the floor is high but the ceiling is low? That's Mississippi State these days, and they're weird to talk about.

Joseph is joined by friend of the program Jim Stickland to discuss the Auburn Tigers 2019 season. There are unknowns on offense, but a lot of returning talent on defense. Will that be enough to carry the Tigers past the 8-5 record they had last season?

We were supposed to upload our Ole Miss preview episode today, but due to a technical mishap, we're putting Vandy up today and firing our producers. Vanderbilt football has long been the doormat of the SEC, which makes it easy to forget that they've been to two bowls in the past three seasons AND beaten archrival Tennessee 3 years in a row. With the Commodores returning the best skill position players they've had in years, will that streak continue? Or will a brutal schedule prove to be their downfall? We continue our 2019 Football Previews with a look at the Tennessee Volunteers, and who better to talk about Tennessee than a Florida fan and the most outspoken Vol hater we have on the show? As a side note, we apologize for not thinking the personnel selection through.

Believe it or not, it's time once again to talk SEC Football! The Arkansas Razorbacks finished last in the SEC West last year, which means they are our first team in focus. Chad Morris' first season in charge had a few highs but mostly more confusion and frustrations. Now that a full recruiting (and transfer season) has processed, how are things looking for the Razorbacks heading into 2019?
