As a mother of 4 I find it challenging to keep life simple but I find that the more I keep it simple the better I feel - I feel stronger with a clear mind and a clearer mind comes from decluttering and editing my life. The answer is to have the assertiveness to demarcate your boundaries. The answer is to say no.   Seth Godin says   If you can’t do a good job, don’t take it on. If it’s going to distract you from the work that truly matters, pass. If you don’t know why they want you to do this, ask. If you need to hide it from your mom, reconsider. And what does it mean to be sexy? Or are these concepts measurable or rather social ideals which are unattainable? Being attractive is simply a perception or a feeling resulting from our personal understanding that our peer group accepts us. Doesn't  this feeling really has more to do with how we subjectively feel about ourselves rather than what we objectively look like...
