Came into the offices today for the first time in a long time to complete the Podcast. A perfect platform to tell people what he thinks can help. When you represent people that are not paying their debts you come across a broad spectrum of people. Don't think you are the only one not paying. The numbers are not adding up and people need help. Once you make the decision not to pay just know you are not the only one and the most important thing to do is to stay together as a family and stay organized and get help. 

What is the purpose of Government? Establish Justice, promote general welfare, blessing of prosperity for us and our children. It shows the importance of having real Justice - that is meaningful and correct.

Today's show will bring an update to the latest in the Jacobs v. Goliath battle to hold banks accountable to the rule of law. Lots going on against Bank of America and JP Morgan Chase.  This past week a new client showed up at my office, a well respected Republican politician in Miami, Alex Diaz De La Portilla. Mr. DDLP's parents were about to have their house sold at a foreclosure auction. The Honorable Judge Beatrice Butchko just canceled their sale. We are going after the bank for fraud upon the court. Their own affidavits claimed they paid $15K in attorney's fees but they put over $27K in attorneys fees in the final judgment. The case was barely contested and ended with a consent judgment. Hardly a fight that cost $27K in legal fees. With the sale canceled, we may just save the house from foreclosure after all.
