The system breaks down into 5 stages: 1. Capturing tasks and recording them, so that they’re not stuck in your mind; 2. Defining them, including what a successful outcome looks like and how you start getting there; 3. Sorting them by relevant metrics such as priority and category, to help you decide when and how to address them as well as track them; 4. Reviewing them regularly and being reminded of them at the right time, to keep on top of it all; and 5. Actioning them in a way that will make you most successful.
