John, who is apart of a new Department, that are some of the best Investigating agents in the country, hunt down the most wanted individuals, John, who has been hunting down killers named the Kuznetsov brothers, who had murdered police officers in there own home. When john finally got the chance to take them down, he did not hesitate. The Russian mafia family aren't very pleased that someone has attacked and killed one of their own, especially an outsider.
