Sinopsis

Tasha Catour came by the Producergrind office for an exclusive podcast/interview. We talked about a variety of topics including, Tasha's come up and how she got into the game by signing to Future as a songwriter. She talked about how she got into making beats because it interested her and there wasn't too much money to be made as a writer. We talk about the lack of female producers compared to male producers in the game as well as her thoughts on the ratio. We also talked about some of her new music out including Future "Scammalot" & some new stuff with Tokyo Vanity. We talked briefly about her success selling beats online and how she is able to make money selling beats online without investing in promo like YouTube ads, or Facebook ads. We also got to ask her what the benefits are to having a manager as a producer and exactly what role the manager plays. Tasha dropped a lot of good producer advice in this one.
