Ongekend Talent Podcast

The second podcast we recorded at WOHASO in Miami was with Luke Iorio: president of iPEC, one of the largest ICF-accredited coach training schools in the world. Luke Iorio is a dad, spouse, entrepreneur, conscious growth strategist, coach, blogger, and besides that he is a colleague podcaster :-) In this podcast he tells about himself and how he became the President of the highly-respected Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) at the age of 32. iPEC has graduated more than 15,000 coaches, leaders, and professionals in 44 countries, even in our own capital Amsterdam. It was a open conversation in which he told us his drive for helping people and the moment he decided to do that for a living! He told us how he co-developed the Energy Leaderschip Index™ and explains all about it. Overall it was a very nice conversation with this amazingly nice and empathetic man! Thanks again Luke!
