Marcus invests in single family, multi-family and he does commercial investing.   Does he have a favorite strategy? He does. Marcus has completed over 3.3 million dollars in wholesale transactions but he is a buy and hold investor at heart. He follows the BRRR strategy of buy, rehab (or renovate), rent and refinance. However, Marcus believes strongly in integrating wholesaling into every business.  Marcus has purchased commercial property including as a school.
