Hey GrUB fam! This week on The GrUBcast we’ve got a great episode featuring a good friend, Andrew Lim, and his experience growing up as a Korean American in the suburbs of New Jersey and beyond. Growing up we often realize that we share certain hardships with other minorities but rarely talk about the differences we may go through due to our different cultures, customs, and general ways of life. In this episode Andrew talks about his experience as a first generation American, dating, and navigating adulthood while staying in touch with his Korean roots. Honestly I learned a lot about a culture that I knew nothing about prior, and I hope the episode provides some insight for you all as well.
