On this episode, I talk about the wonderful power of sleep. I’ve had a taste and I’m addicted. Chasing that sleep high when I can. And, to round off the segment, one of the killjoys to my sleep, the family bed!  Well, it sort of can put a damper on my sleep when you have a toddler who takes over your bed.
