Coach Jason began swimming competitively in middle Georgia at the age of 8. During Jason's swimming career he won several state titles in Breaststroke, Free, and IM events. He swam briefly for Georgia Southern and began his coaching career in 1999. He was selected as a Georgia Zone Team Coach in 2013 and 2014. Both Georgia Zone squads won the Southern Zone Championship. Jason is also the Head Zone Coach for the 2016 campaign which placed 2nd overall winning the Women's division. He has been coaching for 15 years, all of them with SMAC!
