In the meantime here are some awesome organizations and charities you should devote a second to looking at: The Trevor Project - A fantastic organization working to provide crisis/suicide prevention to LGBTQ youth under the age of 25. With tons of resources available online, Including curriculum for teachers and other adults working with LGBTQ youth. NoShameOnU.org - A nonprofit organization devoted to deconstructing stigmas around mental health conditions, and providing resources to those who need them when they need them. National Alliance on Mental Illness - NAMI is a grassroots organization that aims to tackle stigmas and misconceptions surrounding mental health through education, advocacy, listening, and leadership.
