On this episode, I talk about my POV on E-commerce VS. Retail VS. Amazon in April 2020. I am a fan of all three, but it depends on how much funds you are allocating in support of them. 1-If you can allocate at least $5000 per month AND the time and effort to implement email sequences, conversion optimization and other modifications based on the date, then you should go all in.  2- If you cannot, meaning your budget is below that AND retail is your main channel, then I prefer to really support key stores and doors. 3- Having success on Amazon? Continue to push!  Brand new to Amazon right now?  Very hard to get any traction from the jump.
