You've done the initial reach-out so it's great when that person says yes to a coffee to share their knowledge with you. Next it's time to maximize your conversation with that person.  I was so impressed with Emma Rechenberg. She’s a fellow Mizzou grad and she did a cold reach out to me to meet her for coffee and talk about her career. She moved to NYC without a job and we had a great informational interview.
